F. Josef Obeid brings over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, starting his career in a global multinational firm before transitioning into the dynamic startup scene. His journey across diverse sectors and markets, including Dubai, Cyprus, and the MENA region, has shaped his expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes and driving impactful results.
Josef has a proven track record in sectors such as Media, Financial Institutions, Advertising, and Construction. He excels in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring every project aligns with broader business goals. His skillset includes managing acquisitions, optimizing company processes, and implementing effective risk management strategies, all of which have consistently contributed to profitability and sustainable growth.
As the former CFO of a regional startup, Josef successfully scaled the business from its early stages to a USD 15 million empire, growing at +30% year-on-year with a +25% operating margin. Under his leadership, the company expanded into seven cities and completed two key acquisitions.
